No Crowds
Boca's restaurants are always crowded with this nice little exception. It is a reliable steak house with a good bar and a nice view facing a golf course and tennis club. I go about once a month and the service has always been good. Except for the last time, during which the waiter was inattentive to say the least.

Don't forget, this is Boca Raton. The home of Tyco, Grace chemical company, and Eddie Marin the spam king. Having a police record is considered stylish. [Originally submitted 21 Feb 2004]    [04 May 2007 16:44:11]

The Chuck's Steak House in Boca Raton, FL. was a disappointment. Four of us went out on my son's birthday and thought it was going to be a nice treat. The employees were more concerned with what was going on in the bar and not in the dining area. We had flagged down 5 different people for service by but no one was our waiter.

The steak was great but the salad bar needs some help.

Great Food, Drinks
I have never had a bad meal here. You get what you pay for. If I wanted a $40 steak I would go to NY Prime. But for $20, you can't beat it anywhere. I found that eating at the bar is your best bet - much better service. I also recommend going after 7:30 when all the early birds and happy regulars leave.
