Terrible Their frozen drinks are horrible and their food is sub-par. Their outdoor dining area is filthy. The only positive about this place is that they do have a nice beach view. [07 Jul 2004 20:47:49]

Wedding Mishap Recently had our wedding at the Beach House. This place accommodates 3 weddings at once and switched our wedding cake with a cheaper, less tasty, lemon sponge thing from another party! Then they had the nerve to say how good it tasted! We never even saw the cake we had picked for our special day. Never plan an event at the Bradenton Beach House! [17 Apr 2007 16:38:38]

Amazing Wedding We had our wedding at the Beach House in 3/07 and everything was fantastic. The view is to die for and guests commented on how good the food was and on the attentive service, highly recommended! [14 Dec 2007 18:30:26]

So close to the Gulf If you want a lovely romantic sunset that seems like it's 20 feet from the Gulf water, then this is your place. But those tables go quickly, so you may have to settle for 50 feet. I haven't sat inside yet so I don't know about that.
I had a good time both times I've been to this place. The service the second time was incredible! First time it was pretty good.
The food is good as well, I don't recommend the crab cakes, because of the filler in them, but other fish/chicken dishes are fine. I had the salmon almond encrusted special and yummy yum yum! [11 Feb 2008 15:01:36]

Former Employee The crab cakes used to be the best around, but the CEO 'arrived' one day and just changed the recipe. Now they're all filler, as Paul said. The banquet/weddings are really hit or miss, depends on who's 'in charge' that day. I will say, the kitchen is clean, the food is fresh and the general manager really does strive for excellence. Big restaurants such as The Beachhouse obviously would endure a high employee turnover rate which is why consistency is sometimes not the 'norm'. [16 Mar 2008 10:51:45]
