I don't know what has changed, but being that I have been a regualar customer for years, I have noticed that your facility has taken a dramatic change for the worse.

Where has the "Veteran Staff" gone?
And what has happened to the quality of your food?

When once I was treated as if every dollar I spent mattered, I now feel as if you are doing me a favor by simply seating my table...

Your food brought me back, your service staff once a delight-
Now- an overpriced menu for a "fake" unappriciative-type atmosphere.

I do hope that next time my family visit, I'd have realized it was just "bad timing" upon my famalies vacation.

Piece of advice-
next time a customer spends $20 bucks on an over done steak dinner, your stressed-out staff can't seem to handle a thirsty family, and an hour long wait is 30 minutes under-quoted,

I hope you realize that a regular customer is not always a return customer....

Pay a buck or 2 more to get a quality of staff like the old, and smile when maybe its not very easy-
