Don't Go: Pizza Time Coral Springs, FL My order took almost 2 hours - for 2 subs and a chicken parmesan entree - and was cold when I got it. Chicken was tough, but tasted ok. Steak sub tasted weird.
My bank card was charged twice. The staff was very rude and told me they were too busy to correct the issue. This happened Friday and they told me I can wait until Tuesday because "they are not going anywhere".
Bottom line: I paid $72 for 2 subs and 1 entree, that were very average at best, and to be treated like a loser. I prefer Annie's or Pasquale's instead; they are very good with great customer service and an excellent value. [11 Sep 2005 13:34:23]

Not Good I knew there had to be some reason there service has gone downhill ... new owners, I hear. I went in to pick up one pizza. They told me 15-20 minutes. I left my house 15 minutes after placing my order and made the 5 minute drive over. After giving my name and paying, I waited 15 minutes in the chair before I inquired about my order. They say, "It's not ready yet." Then I see a cook in the back hurrying to make a pizza. I asked them if that was mine, to be honest with me because if it was I could run across the street to pick something up while I waited. They would not admit it was mine and started getting defensive when I asked about it again. Finally, the cook takes the same pizza out of the oven and says, "Fine ... if she wants it cold, I'll give it to her cold." Then he yells at me for not calling ahead of time to allow for "reheating" time. I told him I was calling him on the fact that he never made the pizza before now. He and his cohort wouldn't let me finish my point and kept saying that they've "been doing it this way for 30 years." They can have it ... and I'll have great pizza and great service elsewhere.
