My First Visit I ordered the Western Omelet with home fries, link sausage and rye toast. I asked for their hotdog Chile and cheddar cheese on the omelet and they happily accommodated me. The omelet was fluffy and loaded with peppers, onions and ham. I have a quirk about Chile and the combination was excellent. The home fries were dusted with Chile powder giving them a slightly kicked up flavor. The sausage was good but I am always looking for an exceptional flavor in breakfast sausage and these links just didn’t do it for me. I will be visiting the Debary Diner again for dinner as they offer an all time favorite of mine, Liver and Onions. The real test will be how they prepare the liver and plate the dish. ALWAYS GREAT For breakfast, lunch or dinner the food is always has that home cooked taste at a very economical price. Especially good are the daily specials. The atmosphere is always very friendly making a stranger feel right at home. It is also one of the most accommodating dining experiences I have found. [12 Jun 2007 11:34:19]
