Gotta Love The Swamp
I have worked at Swamp House Grill Since Nov. and I love it there. Everyone is awesome there and we all get along so well. The view is so pretty during the day and very enjoyable during the night.    [16 Apr 2004 18:02:26]

Great atmoshpere
Sits on the St. John's River, you can get to it by car or boat. Great view. The walls facing the river have roll up/down plastic "walls" so they are open during nice weather and you get a nice breeze. Different nights bring different events. I went one night and there was a live band, people were out there dancing. The food is pretty good and the service is good as well.    [21 Feb 2005 14:37:07]

New Tiki Bar
Had a great day at the Tiki Bar on the river. Was out boating with my friends and ended up docking the boat all day. We had these awesome drinks, had lunch outside in their new dining area. The whole time listened to island music. We all thought we were on a tropical vacation. My two friends that smoke were happy to be able to light up too. Carol, (Tiki Mama) we called her made the day real fun. I rate this place ***** stars. Thank you very much - will be back!    [07 Aug 2006 10:33:59]

Breakfast buffet was miserable
Maybe we went on a bad day but the food was poor (Barnhills Buffet quality-not worth $12 a head) and the service atrocious.
Our server was rude, aloof, and inattentive and when my wife asked him for a coffee refill he poured her a cup from a pot that had just begun brewing. It was waaaay too strong and when we pointed this out he ignored us. The bread products (french toast sticks & buscuits) were either stale or hard and the rest of the entrees were bland or overcooked.
