Perfect Breakfast
Although the town is small, we drove up and down the main street, and even had trouble finding the place after getting directions! The "storefront" is so small, you miss it if you blink.

It may be small, but the quality of food, ambience & service is BIG. The staff is cheery and treated us like regulars, even though it is our first visit.

I think breakfast is the hardest meal for restaurants to get right. The eggs are either overdone or underdone, the grits are cold or lumpy (or both), the bacon is either cooked to leather or raw.

Our party of four ordered different dishes, yet each of us had eggs, meat, grits, toast, pancakes cooked to perfection & piping hot. The OJ tasted like fresh squeezed (but probably wasn't; that's a bit much to ask for a moderate priced breakfast).

The staff was trying to create a daily lunch special for lunch. It sounded so good, I would have liked to stay in town for the next meal. But, alas, vacationing takes us to yet another location for the rest of the day.

Quite a unique atmosphere, which includes an upper wall display of old clock radios. I remember a few of those from my childhood.

Great Food.....Great Atmosphere
Being a local, Kelly's is a favorite for lunch or breakfast. Menu is varied enough for anyone.....and.....for a special treat you must try the Peanut Butter Pie baked fresh...and absolutely delicious!
