I Know It's a Denny's but....
OK - the service here is downright awful. They absolutely refuse to split checks - will direct you to an ATM a short walk away before they will take two credit cards for one bill.

I know its a Denny's, and you get what you pay for right? Not quite. This place is dirty, has slow / crude service, and is way overpriced. Why eat here when any restaurant in the area is similarly priced and has much better service and food?

I shouldn't even need to mention the food.

The only pro of this place is you can go there to study at night after the libraries close. I guess you can drink coffee as long as you're there.

Oh yeah - another positive thing is that there is usually a strong police presence to make sure the clientele stay in line. (Not kidding.)    [03 Dec 2003 13:40:24]

I Work at Denny's
The people that come and eat here think that they ought to get the best service right away - wait a second, BK is only right around the corner. You want it your way...you know the way. The only time people complain is during the wee hours of the night when all the customers are drunk, bored and have nothing else to do but hang out at Denny's.

C'mon...give it a break, if you don't like it, don't eat there. Don't expect to get everything you want when there is a group of customers yelling and complaining about drink refills, or getting their food in a timely manner. There are 95 customers and more in the restaurant during a busy time; we can't all get to you guys at once, so if it's too busy, you aren't going to get the best service, and if you are rude...then think about leaving, you'll be a lot happier next door, at McDonalds.    [12 Mar 2005 22:39:38]
