The wide variety of prepared-to-order Thai food is the attraction in this inexpensive luncheonette-like restaurant run by a Thai couple. The standard Thai dishes such as Pad Thai,lemongrass and coconut soups plus some rarer selections are available - toned down, or with the hot sauce on the side on request.

A real Thai Delight!
Not the place for a formal dinner party, but the place to go, or get for takeout, topnotch Thai food. Semi-self service - order at the counter and the food is brought to your table in styrofoam containers. A wide selection of dishes, all excellent in their class. A tremendous value. Incredible
It's not ambience you go for, but the food is hands down the best I've ever eaten. Been all over and this food ranks among the best I've eaten in over 9 countries. Love it, love it.

Don't stop at one dish. Tell them what you like: spicy vs. mild, type of meat, etc. and let one of the many regulars help you pick something that will get you started. Neat pictures on the walls to help you choose by sight.    [01 Mar 2004 10:44:32]

Recommended Dishes: Beef basil (try it with a fried egg), Curry Mussels, Pad Thai, Try cold papaya salad to start and put sweet chili dipping sauce on it.

REPUBLICAN BUDDHISTS
Thai Delight has very good food. It will spoil you for sure! But while you are waitng (how long depends on the cook's mood)you have to look at the political propoganda covering their daughter's pictures on the wall.    [17 Nov 2005 22:18:43]
