Don't Ask them to Fix their Mistakes
So we ordered dinner. They forgot an item. A very important item, in our minds. We called them to ask if we could have the item they forgot delivered to us and they say yes but not for 45 minutes! What? They made the mistakes, that we were charged for and now we have to wait 45minutes. They just lost a customer, if they even care.    [06 Jun 2004 20:43:28]
