Family Eating at a Reasonable Price
I've been eating at Cracker Barrel since the '80s. This particular one, though not as good as some others I've eaten at, does provide quality food at a reasonable price. I've eaten most dishes on the menu and prefer the catfish dinner with a close second being the roast beef dinner. Their breakfast menu, which is available anytime, does provide a hearty meal as well. Service is good, unless you go there on a Friday or Saturday night. Those nights are very busy and service suffers. If you can afford to wait the few extra minutes during these times, it's worth it for the food.    []

Excellent Customer Service
I would like to echo the review of the previous poster except to mark up the customer service category. One aspect of customer service has nothing to do with the service of the meal at all. I dined at this particular facility and left my credit card behind as I continued on my trip. A call back confirmed what had occurred and that it was in their safe. I requested the manager destroy my card on my behalf. Trusting him, and knowing that he validated he possessed the card when he opened their safe, I give high marks in customer service.    [19 Oct 2003 20:18:09]

Where's the manager?
I am a fan of Cracker Barrel. This particular one needs some work. We saw our waitress only twice. After waiting 45 minutes after ordering, the food was cold and they were out of cornbread. We were so upset we left without eating and vowed never to eat there again.    [13 Mar 2004 18:14:27]

Caters To Disabled
I am wheelchair bound. The manager and staff at the Macon Georgia Eisenhower Parkway location will come outside to my car and assist me in getting my wheelchair out of the trunk of my car and push me inside. I call inside on my cell phone. Or, they also offer me curb service. I keep their menus in my car, call in my order and they come out, get my money and come back with my change and my food.    [26 Dec 2006 23:40:08]
