Terrible service/food I have been, for many years, a customer of Mrs. Winner's. This AM at your Stockbridge, GA location I entered the "to go" line at 10:45. At 10:55 I had moved 1 car length. Not to pass the breakfast cutoff order time, I parked my car and entered the building. My order was taken at 11 AM. At 11:20 I was informed the 2 sausage and gravy bisquits I ordered was not available. I inquired as to why I wasn't told this when I ordered and a "shrug" of the shoulder was my answer. The manager decided to warm more gravy as there was a lady just behind me who also had ordered 2 sausage gravy bisquits and she too responded as I had. I finally received my order at 11:37. No "I'm sorry you had to wait." No nothing!!!
When my wife opened the bag at our home she called me to the kitchen. We had two orders of bisquits with a couple of spoonfuls of gravy on them and a whole sausage patty that had obviously been around most of the morning. I've never encountered even one problem with your other locations, throughout the years but this NEW location REALLY needs your attention. The attitudes are as bad as the service. Uncooked Biscuit Mash potatos just not right. Excessive oil on the chicken. Raw dough in middle of the biscuits. [21 Dec 2002 19:36:16]

Biscuit Recipe Change I don't know how long ago it was that Mrs. Winners changed their biscuit recipe but they went from great to almost tasteless (fluffy to flat). This is a real shame because at one time they had THE best biscuits. [15 Feb 2003 21:58:54]

I think the prices are getting too high. For a meal for one your gonna pay almost $10.00 for that. [08 May 2003 10:21:20]

The bomb The food and service at the Woodstock, Ga location is the best of any fast food place that I have ever been in. The manager is very good. [15 Jan 2004 22:29:01]

Raw Chicken I sent my daughter to Mrs Winners today to buy us biscuits for breakfast. She was to order 11 chicken cheese biscuits and 1 steak and cheese biscuit and 1 gal. of tea. The total for this was $35.60.
She asked the lady why so much and was told cheese for the biscuits was 40 cent each slice. So after getting home we were eating and noticed we only got 10 chicken cheese and 2 steak and cheese. Well not only was the order wrong but after my daughter had eaten over half of her biscuit she looked at me and said mom this is hard to chew. I looked at it and saw blood. I took the biscuit away from her and told her it was raw not to eat any more. She got sick.
I went back to the location and showed the manager the raw biscuit and ask her if I could file a complaint and told her I would like the number to the main office and or the name of their insurance. I was told that they had no complaint forms and she could not give me the insurance name so I could take my daughter to the hospital. I had to call the police to get a complaint filed.
The service is very bad and bad customer service. [08 Feb 2004 13:48:00]

Burnt Biscuits I recently ordered a family meal through the drive-through. When I got home I discovered every biscuit was BURNT! They were not edible. When I went back the next day and told the staff they simply shrugged and said they were sorry. There was no compensation for the inedible food. [20 Oct 2004 18:56:54]
