The Best in the West
I dined at the Hawaii store and had an incredible experience. The ocean view was great and the food was plentiful and tasty. I had the Filet with Mushroom and Bleu cheese. The steak was tender and the flavor just bursted in my mouth. Hats off to the chef. My wife had the Salmon Caesar and said the dressing was delightful and that the Salmon was "soft" and prepared just right. As for the service, our waitress was the greatest. She was so bubbly and seemed to enjoy all her customers. I felt very comfortable there. I noticed your manager conversing with his employees and saying some encouraging things to his employees. He seemed close and personal with them, something a restaurant needs. All in all I rate this restaurant a perfect 10!!!!    [08 Sep 2003 07:41:39]
