Very slow service
When I was visiting Maui, we had seen this restaurant in a magazine. We made reservations. When we arrived at the restaurant, a host never came to seat us. We were standing there for a good 15 minutes. There was another couple in front of us, and they never got seated either. They just seemed to over-look us. Needless to say, we never ate there.
