Come in for the ONO kind breakfeast
Brent's offers 30 different items on their breakfeast menu alone. All done to seemless perfection by their dedicated and hardworking staff. Mixed Review
I moved to Kailua a few months ago, and I've been to Brent's twice. The first time I ordered an omelet and orange juice; the juice was fresh squeezed and delicous, the omelet perfectly cooked. The second time I went, I ordered a Reuben. I'd eaten a few bites when I noticed the crust covered in mold. Ugh. When I told the waitress she said they would make me a new sandwich, and when I declined took it off my bill. The service seems rushed and it can be hard to get someone's attention. The food... well, if your stomach isn't turned by mold, it's probably pretty good. Inside the restaurant it's loud, the table we got was sticky, and it seems exceptionally dim. Outside seems a little bit better, but a lot harder to get the staff's attention.    [11 Mar 2006 19:52:07]

Service is Terrible
We've been to Brents about six times and the service is terrible; however, the food has always been fairly good. I've waited for up to 30 minutes to order, had to ask several times to have my water filled. Typically the older blond waitress is the culprit.    [18 Mar 2007 09:52:05]
