Best Ribs Ever!
Kevin's is one of those places we always take friends and relatives when they come to the island to visit. We have yet to meet anyone that didn't say they were the best ribs ever eaten, and my husband's family is known for their home-grown beef and livestock. These ribs have the best flavor, most tender meat, and the most amount of meat we have ever come across. We use them for catering when we have extra special parties...Keep in mind they only serve beer and wine (no hard liquor)in the restaurant. But the food is worth it!    [23 Oct 2003 21:53:34]
