Not Much More Than a Shed
Uninteresting steakhouse with little or no decor, poor lighting and a hurried, disinterested wait staff. Being a customer here is to feel herded through like the cattle they grill.
The fare is unintertesting being basic steakhouse plus fish. Nothing here is special or of high quality. Cleanliness may be an issue but it is so dark who could tell?    [03 Aug 2000 22:47:12]

Worth a stop
Excellent steaks for a good price. Lobster tails are bigger than most places. Salad bar lacks but the steaks make up for it. Great place to have a beer and a steak, listen to the waves, and just enjoy Kauai.    [27 Nov 2001 13:39:16]

Don't go there
This was the worst meal I have had in many years. When I started at the salad bar and saw the dripping wet lettuce, I should have cancelled then. Unfortunately, I did not. I ordered a petite filet. The portion was huge but the meat was so tough I couldn't cut it. I ate about 1/4th, but when the waitress picked up my plate she did not ask if there was a reason why there was so much left.

The decor also is bland and tasteless and could use a little sprucing up -- and maybe a little cleaning, too.    [25 Apr 2007 19:41:43]
