Horrible customer experience
My wife ordered the tropical salad. After taking three bites of it, she complained to the server that the salad tasted terrible. The server took the salad away and said she would speak to her manager about it. About ten minutes later, the server gave us a bill charging us for the inedible salad -- without offering a replacement.

We complained to our server, but she just shrugged her shoulders and said the manager said that there was nothing she could do. A fair resolution would have been to either not charge us for the salad or give us the option of replacing the salad with another item.

I cannot believe that we were charged for a salad that we barely ate. That was a really crummy way to treat customers-- particularly for my wife who is five months pregnant and essentially left their establishment hungry. Olympic cafe-- SHAME ON YOU!    [03 Jun 2007 02:37:31]
