It's my absolute favorite place on the island. We go to Kauai every year or so for a week and I ALWAYS make it a point to stop in at Tomkats once of twice. Last time I bought a bunch of their T-shirts for the family. Nice Pub food
Great burgers, nice food, bar, open spot in the center, and if it's quiet, the cats come out to say "hi."

If you like surly service
I went there twice. Both times my food was thrown on the table and I never saw my server again until the check. The food was OK, but the service left me feeling like I should apologize for taking up their time.    [19 Feb 2004 00:49:52]

I love Tomkats
I've been to the island of Kauai 4 times, most recently this past January. Every time I've visited Koloa, I've wanted to eat there. I hadn't until my most recent visit. I don't know what stopped me before, but don't let anything stop you. The food is amazing. And it's just a really cute and nice place to eat.    [02 Apr 2004 00:37:13]
