Best Noodles in Hawaii
If you are into noodles, locally known as Saimin, then this is the place for your. It is a small place located on a back street in Lihue but is very popular among the locals. If you get there after 11:00 AM, you will have to wait in line, outside, and thats usually every weekday. The noodles and broth are homemade fresh every day. This establishment has been in the same family for over 50 years. If you are looking for non-tourist haunts, then this is definitely one for you.    [27 May 2004 22:56:26]
