Not Authentic But Fairly Good
Assaggio Italian restaurant is not exactly authentic Italian cooking, but the food is fairly good and service is exceptional. Not to mention that their salads are by far the best in quality (regarding freshness and taste) than any other modest restaurant I've visited. Rare find, delicious food
Assaggio's, while not as authentic as one might like, serves an array of exceptionally delicious entrees. However, the service and the Caesar salad surpass anything I have come accross in Hawaii.    [12 Jul 2004 18:44:30]

acceptable Italian
While cautious regarding dining out for Italian in Hawaii, Assaggio's proved to be a more than pleasant surprise. The service was outstanding and the ambiance was nice.
