Best Food/Worst Management on the Island
The food is magnificent. Therein lies the unspeakable tragedy.

That's because this outfit has again and again and again and again changed its hours, to the point where nobody has any clue to when it's open.

Furthermore, no longer are plate lunches available after 3 pm (which screws me because I work nights) or on weekends (which screws me because I work weekends).

The ostensible reason for this plate-lunch policy is that the management can't be troubled to keep a nickel's worth of rice simmering in a pot. The result is that there are no other lunch item available after 3 p.m.

What I'm faced with is the tantalizing knowledge that the best food I've ever eaten is available, somehow, on some unfathomable timetable, but that I can never enjoy it.

I'd rather this restaurant went out of business than continue to torture me with its horrific mismanagement.

My favorite restaurant is at the same time my worst-hated because of it's iditotic hours.

I hope the managers will somehow see this post and please change their moron policies.

Because, this restaurant stands as an example before all restaurants around the world: Even if the food is perfect -- magnificence on a plate -- that doesn't matter if the human element pushing it is sufficiently bad.
