Don't miss their nachos!
Waimea Brewing Company serves THE BEST nachos in the World! Instead of the basic chicken or ground beef, they use Kalua pig, and it makes all the difference. When we visit Kauai every year, we drive out to Waimea for the nachos, and sometimes even stop to view the canyon! Even though I'm not a beer drinker, I look forward all year to multiple trips to this brewpub.    [17 Oct 2003 16:52:25]
