Loved the Cafe Mocha
I loved this quaint little cafe! I ordered my cafe mocha, got great service with a lovely smile and a scrumptious cookie too! I made myself at home on the couch and flipped through the paper. I even did a little wishful thinking about which piece of Stam chocolate I'd like to devour on my next visit!! I also checked out the menu for my next lunchtime visit. I'm looking forward to their yummy sounding Chicken Salad or even the Panini sandwiches!!    [02 May 2007 12:32:02]

It's a nice cafe.

Colors are nice...

Maybe some more lighting options to bring out the floor patterns.

Utilize better signing to promote sales.

50% price cut with in the first month is a bit too much in my opinion with the Stam Chocolates.

Use Gloves when handling ready-to-eat foods, or wash hands once a guest enters your front door to ensure your hands are clean for distribution of ready-to-eat foods.

Perception is either going to keep this cafe alive or it won't.


Good Luck in the first 2 yrs of operation.

Great potential in Coffee House
Coffees and smoothies are outstanding, just a little slow, but worth the wait. Chocolates and cookies are very fine!

Please hand the food at the drive through on a napkin, rather than by hand. Fill the cup to the brim. Double check this process--only true complaint!

Always a smile to greet you. In summer, the music on the grounds is so nice. Look forward to seeing that again in 2008.

DELICIOUS and RELAXING.... Does it get better?
I think Hollander is an amazing coffee shop. They have great customer service, super fun personalities! The staff is so nice. If mistakes are made, they will correct it ~ NO ISSUES!!! Their pastries look delicious followed by their showcase of chocolates. The foods I've seen others order look delicious. The design of this coffee house is great, nothing like a welcoming feel right when you walk in. I love the soothing colors and calm feel it has. The family and I go here monthly to catch up in the mornings, and individually on our own times.

This is a fantastic coffee shop that I would suggest to as many people as possible. I would suggest the chocolate, hazelnut or French vanilla cappucinos.. they're great and served with a delicious little cookie. Could one get better? Honestly.. CHECK THEM OUT!
