Big Muddy's Sucks
I did not enjoy my time at Big Muddy's. The staff is very disrespectful. I cannot believe that they would treat a customer in such a way. I plan on telling all of my friends and family about how unprofessional the staff, as well as the managers are. I do not ever plan on coming back and I will tell others not to come there as well. They need to learn how to treat people if they want my business or any business for that matter. They also need to consider a little thing called organization. Tell the staff the same things so that when a customer has a question they do not give totally different answers. I just thought they should know that people are being treated poorly in this establishment and maybe they should consider doing something about it.    [16 Apr 2003 17:36:30]

Best steak ever
I wasn't with the idea of any steak at all, but I thought I would give it one more shot.

I asked the night attendent at the Holiday Inn Express (Danell) where is a good place to get a steak dinner. She advised me to go to Big Muddy's. Best advise I could have asked for.

Slow service

We LOVE it!
