What a Fine Evening
We had the pleasure of dining at Salbute's on Saturday evening to celebrate a birthday. We were guests of one of the owners' parents, but no one was advised. What a grand evening..had the skirt steak and it lived up to its reputation. Try the flan, although every other member of our party had the "Brownie"...they could not stop raving about it, the flan was sensational. Thanks Jana a great time by all    [18 Sep 2006 15:05:56]

Small Salbute kicks Corporate Restaurant Butt
Salbute is a great restaurant in the midst of a suburban restaurant mired in mediocrity. The service is very friendly and good. The flavors the chef brings out in each dish are done with great thought and care. We need more restaurants of this caliber in the suburbs! I'm so sick of chain restaurants! Salbute's food is AMAZING! The service staff are great too! really nice and attentive. The ambiance is really cozy and laid back, and I personally like that. The only problem is that the silverware doesn't match! I'm sure this could be easily fixed, though.    [18 Jan 2007 09:12:19]
