Emilio- a good guy, not a great chef
Emilio's is decent, and sometimes a bit better than decent. Only his SUNFLOWER Bistro truly shines, with excellent cuisine by excellent chefs in a superb setting. Don't bother with emilio's hillside, wheaton, chicago, fullerton locations. they all are boring and lackluster. Sunflower Bistro, where thankfully, Emilio is not the chef, is great.
