Martin Huddleston is new Chef
Martin Huddleston is the new best kept secret at Park Place Grill. He has done some amazing things with the menu since I was last there (and it certainly needed improving). Awesome fare with appetizing, eye-appealing presentations.

My Biggest complaint - they don't warn you when Chef Martin isn't on the premises..... my HINT would be DON'T bother going there on Tuesday nights . . . the chef is not in residence, in my case the steak (ordered medium well ) was absolutely RAW!    [01 Oct 2004 17:02:12]
