Lost it in Oz
My family used to enjoy the pizza that we could order from Ozmart, but that has not been possible anymore. Over the past 6 months on 3 different occassions I have called in an order for pizza at the Osawatomie location. Only to arrive at the store and no one has even bothered to make the pizza. The first time was needless to say aggrivating, but life does go on. I gave it a while and tried again. It was in the evening and when I arrived to pick up my previously called in order for pizza I drove up to see one employee leaning on a gas pump talking to nonemployee in a car. And upon entering the store the only other employee was sweeping the floor. There were no other customers in sight. But guess what, the employee inside the store said that she was just so busy she had not had time to make my pizza. Extremely angered at that I was offered a free pizza, but I told her that I did not want to put her out since she was "just so busy". I gave it 2 months before I thought I might try it again. I was on my way home from work and the kids wanted to try it. So I called in our order. Upon arriving at the store I saw one employee leaning over the register talking on her cell phone and one customer in the back of the store that appeared he had just arrived because he was just then getting a drink with nothing else in his hands. I walked to the back of the store and picked out drinks for my children and myself then walked up to the register. The girl abruptly set her cell phone on the counter and went to ring in our drinks. When my daughter asked for our pizza she looked at the ticket sitting on the counter next to the register and told me that she had not had time to make it. This infuriated me. Three strikes...your out!!! I will never set foot in that store again!!! I am not the only one that has had this problem repeatedly. As an employee of COP Pipe Line the fact that these people represent the same company really is highly disappointing!    [06 Nov 2006 15:00:57]
