Overpriced and not customer friendly
We used to enjoy Annies--rather cool and quiet, good food and reasonable prices. But tonight we got a really awful dish, a mistake in the kitchen. Part of the meal was exchanged for something else, but still not very good. The manager didn't even have the courtesy to apologize, and nothing was written off the bill. At their newly raised prices, this is simply no longer an eating option for us. Too bad--years of lost business for a cold shoulder and indifference to the quality of the food.    [17 Aug 2003 21:53:08]
