Incredible!
I recently had diner at Bistro 6301 and it was like nothing I have ever had in Shreveport! From the freshest salads to the outstanding main entree (which was seasoned and cooked perfectly!) and then the chocolate tart dessert- which was so heavenly it made me get goose-bumps! The staff took such good care of me and my friends - our glasses were never empty, the wines were paired perfectly with our courses, and the relaxing music made for an atmosphere that was sophisticated yet comfortable at the same time. After our meal they even asked us if we would stay a little longer at the gorgeous copper-topped bar for some scotch tasting with the sommelier. I could never find another restaurant/ experience like this in the Shreveport area. They easily fit in with some of the top-quality establishments in the U.S. I have already made another reservation for next week!    [26 Feb 2007 00:55:12]
