Very Bad customer Service
I went to join a few friends on July 2nd last night. I have been a regular customer before this "incident" ordering lunches and sometimes dinner from this place. Well, when I presented my valid military ID to purchase some drinks for myself and a friend. The bartender gave me an attitude about not be use to this type of ID. So, I went back to my car and got my state issued driver licence. Even after presenting this the bartender and the supposed general manager. Both have a very bad customer service attitude. Sorry excuse for a restaurant
Or perhaps they should just be considered a bar since they stop serving food hours before the RESTAURANT closes. This place is run obiously by people who are concentrating more on having a bar and hide behind the theme of a restaurant. It is a poor excuse for a franchise and Buffalo Wild Wings should be ashamed that they are allowed to use their name.    [11 Oct 2005 22:44:48]

Whats your problems people buffalo wild wings is amazing. first of all the have wings so its o k there. second of all they show dolphin games in montana. so quit ur winen its the shit. . and the people answering the phone are very nice. forget all you haters.
