Best Sandwich
The sandwiches are what makes a visit to this cafe worthwhile. I always ask to have their fresh-made bread lightly-toasted, and among the many fillings that one can order, I found, surprisingly, the roast beef to be the best. Oh, I have tried their Tomato-Mozzarella-Basil, which is very fresh, tasty, and a much healthier choice by far; but the roast beef brings me back time after time. It must be the tiny flacks of fried garlic and shallots that they put in it that gives their roast beef sandwich that magical quality. During winter months, I always have a bowl of their excellent soups. The tiny dessert tarts are to die for. A wonderful, wonderful bakery that is truly world-class.
