Mixed Reception
When I've been there with people who know the chef, the experience has been divine. Their desserts are superior.

But another time I attended, my food was terribly inconsistent -- mealy tuna tartare, an excellent lamb shank with horridly overcooked vegetables. Service was excellent; the waiter replaced my corked bottle of wine without complaint. But for the price of the tab the food greatly disappointed.    [21 Aug 2006 09:45:43]
