decent food, but not decent people
The cashier at the First Street location consistently tries to overcharge me. She does it the same way each time, and backs down when I challenge the high price she quotes. I am fully convinced that this is done intentionally, and I urge anyone who goes to eat here to be very careful dealing with the staff.    [22 Dec 2004 11:14:15]

bad service and small size
I was a regular customer there for ages (1998)at the Cambridge Gallaria store. but since last year, the store have really gone down in service and size. I have no issue with the fact that price went up by 50 center, but the size of the burrito went from big to put your fingers around it (thin). The burrito server was measuring rice with spoon and when asked for extra rice (shouldn't even have to ask, rice is what can make the burrito big), the guy would put half a spoon full of rice. I talked with the cashier lady today but she was adament that the size is what it is. I tried to make her understand that I have been a customer there since 1998 and I know the size we were getting. If raising the price is to maintain the size, I am all for it. but raising the price and cut the size is just too much.    [01 Mar 2005 14:56:31]
