Excellent chocolate, although not cheap
The chocolates here were very good. The prices felt high, but nobody expects hand-made chocolate truffles to be cheap. And their chocolate mice are indeed very cute.

The staff was very friendly and endured much agonizing about which truffles to choose.    [27 Jun 2000 13:46:05]

The Best Chocolate in New England
For all chocolate lovers, this is heaven. The chocolates are small but so rich and so good, you wouldn't want them different. The boxed selection provides a variety but is not confounding. The little chocolate mice are signature Burdick.

The little cafe is a trifle small, especially on cold days when patrons crowd in for the hot chocolate which is worth waiting for. And while you are there, sample the pastry selection available. The Harvard Square is excellent.

The staff are always courteous and helpful. Just don't go alone because one person cannot have more than one serving and the selection is worth sampling. But what is chocolate if it's not rich!    [11 Aug 2003 15:46:01]
