Huge Portions, Reasonable Prices, Tasty Food and Great Variety Even my picky 16 year old found something to his liking - the chicken francais. While predominantly Italian food, the spicing reveals a hint of the middle east, not surprising given the ownership of this terrific, brick oven open kitchen establishment tucked into a plaza on the corner. We brought the wine and they did everything else. We will go back again many times. Our meal was prepared in the kitchen and cooked in the brick oven and food and presentation were great. [25 Apr 2003 10:00:54]

Great Food BYOB helps keep the cost down and you drink what you like. Best garlic bread from the brick oven. Huge portions - enough for 2 meals of leftovers. One of the few places still serving peanut butter pie. [29 Nov 2005 15:35:41]

Creativity in Italian Cooking Tired of the same old, same old? Then try the Il Forno Restaurant if you are adventurous and like fresh ingredients like garlic and basil. The menu has reasonably priced items all the way up to $20 specials that will feed you at least twice and will blow your gastric socks off.
The atmosphere is great and the service usually quite good despite the crowds. A little noisy and chaotic sometimes, take out is available and they even allow ordering at their website.
And the biggest surprise of all, their seafood menu is quite tasty...give it a check. [27 May 2006 11:03:55]
