Inconsistent, don't go late
The 99 is set up to have good food but many times has fallen short on the actual execution. The only things I have had that I liked (and I have gone MANY times because my husband loves the wings there) is the Open Faced Quesadilla and the Meditteranean Chicken Wrap. Do NOT go later than 8pm or your food will taste like warmed over rubber. It would seem by the taste that they make their potatoes, vegtables and some prepared meats early and just warm them up for each order. But by 9 or 10pm they have definately no texture or taste left! I have to say that service has always been friendly but in the end I would save my money and go to some of the other better restaurants nearby.    [15 Jun 2002 17:50:23]
