Description

Chicken Out specializes in rotisserie chicken and "homemade" side dishes. The menu also features chicken in wraps, salads and even pizza. Besides the chicken there's ham and turkey dishes. The atmosphere is pretty much cafeteria like (you wait in line to get your food and carry it to you table) but pleasant and clean and the staff is genuinely interested in helping you have a pleasant experience. A typical meal at lunch or dinner will usually cost about $7-8.

A better Boston Chicken
I was a fan of Chicken Out when Boston Chicken started to move into the area. I'm sure it wasn't a coincidence that a Boston Chicken opened in close proximity to nearly every existing Chicken Out. But the local boys won. They served better food, bigger portions and have much better customer service. Chicken Out is a better option than fast food when you want good food at a good price.
