Excellent Irish Restaurant
We eat at Killarney House at least once a month - for brunch on Sunday, or lunch or dinner any day of the week. The atmosphere is comfortable. There is usually some Irish music playing in the background. The service is good and the people that work at Killarney House are always friendly. For the Sunday brunch there is a huge buffet with all the standards like bacon and eggs, plus Irish Toast, Shepherds Pie - the list goes on. I have also ordered the Irish Country Breakfast and it is excellent. For lunch my favorites are the Irish Rueben, and my old standby Irish stew made with lamb. For dinner some of our favorites are Cashel Blue Chicken, Irish Stew, Salmon. They also have an excellent salad called "The Chieftan" - but go to there website and check out the menu - or just show up there.    [02 Nov 2006 12:43:04]
