100% Great
The first time I went there, I had to drag my wife in because she didn't like Indian food. Now, she wants to go every week. This place is so much better than the other Indian places in Maryland. I don't know why the others are still open. We have eat at both of the other Indian restaurants that the Washingtonion voted one and two. They are good but the Taste of India Palace bar and tandoor wins. Much better prices and you get way more food, and it's just better. We have tasted about everything they have and have always been happy. What I order is Chicken Aap Ki Pasand $13.95 and the wife orders the chicken Tikka Masala, it's great too and just $13.95. Simply the Best !!!!
Our friends were talking great about the food and ambience of India palace Bar and Tandoor. We wanted to test it out. Our experience was, our friends were right. We had a great time. Enjoyed the Mixed Grill sizler. We had tried in some Chinese restaurants. It is far far superior. It is so mouth watering. Even other curries like Chicken Tikka Masala, Saag Paneer, Palace Kulcha, Biryani rice were very authentic and tasty. We will go back regularly for our curry nights. BEST INDIAN FOOD IN TOWN
My family and I had a superb dinner last week. The food was excellent and the staff was very friendly.

The food is great. I love the vegetable samosa appetizer and the chicken tikka masala entree, which is chicken in a tomato cream sauce. We took my daughter to India Palace in Germantown for her birthday, having never been before, and we were all very impressed! The service was great, and the food was really wonderful. Best Indian Restaurant in the Area
I went here for a lunch buffet months ago, and I could never forget it. I've been going at every opportunity since then, and I've never been disappointed. The menu is varied every weekend, but they keep the good snacks always on the menu (like excellent samosas). And, there is mango lassi on the buffet! The customer service is second to none. I am an Indian, and highly critical of Indian food. High praise from me is hard to get, and this restaurant gets my highest recommendation.
