Fantastic The food is 5-star -- like going to a fancy $100 per person restaurant. Worth driving 30 miles or more. [14 Jan 2003 12:56:47]

Great Food At A Great Price!!!!! Hidden in a little nook in Laurel, Maryland is one of the best Italian restaurants in Maryland. Pasta Plus offers Italian food at an excellent price. Don't be fooled by what looks like a small portion on your plate or bowl. The dish is deeper than you think. The servers are excellent. Dessert is fabulous! Saget rated! I personally feel that the food is off the saget scale! Being ex-Navy, I've been to Italy.. and this place rates at fine Italian dining! Fine wine is also available. [27 Jan 2003 10:24:31]

Real Cuisine in Laurel The outside is a little drab, but once you walk through the door it is a top notch restaurant in all respects. [10 Feb 2003 13:03:17]

If you're on your way to Little Italy in Baltimore, use your noodle. Stop at Pasta Plus instead in very meat and potato Laurel. The Olive Gardens of the world have their place, but, really, it's impossible to match the wonderfully personal touch you'll find here, not to mention the freshest, most delicate pasta and a tomato sauce to die for. Your hosts, brothers Max and Sabatino Mazziotti, are sticklers for detail. Great news, because it all has to do with keeping customers happy. No wonder the Food Network profiled this place in its "Best of" segment. Just goes to show you: Never pass judgment on an eatery just because it's wedged between a Speedy Muffler shop and a bunch of vacant storefronts! [03 Jun 2003 19:41:05]

I Was Not A Pasta Lover Until PASTA PLUS The fresh pasta is to die for. I was not a pasta lover until I first visited this restaurant based on a friend's recommendation. Every trip to the DC area, I try to schedule a dinner at PASTA PLUS. I think that says it all! [30 Nov 2003 00:06:40]

Simply the best! I lived in Laurel for 10 years, and dined at Pasta Plus frequently. My favorite meal is the spicy Italian sausage and bell peppers with linguini. Whenever guests came to visit I would take them to Pasta Plus. I now live in Fredericksburg, VA and when visiting friends in Laurel, I'm asked where would I like to have dinner. The answer of course is always Pasta Plus. I love the carry out area in the back because you can purchase marinara sauces, homemade pasta and other goodies to take home and the staff is very nice and friendly. My co-worker said their homemade Italian bread is the best he has ever had.
Please open up a restaurant in Fredericksburg, VA [10 Dec 2003 11:10:47]

Better than Little Italy in Baltimore Been going there since they opened in 1983. Rates against the best Italian restaurants in Rome, where I grew up. In 23 years, the quality and simple fragrance of the cuisine has not changed. No heavy, over-done sauces. Best fresh pasta, tomato sauce, and crusty sourdough bread accentuate the meal. Simplicity is the key, where you can taste each ingredient. Ambiance is convivial, just like any good restaurant in the old country. Grazie Massimo e Sabatino per aver portato un angolo di genuina cucina italiana qui da noi in America [30 Apr 2006 03:45:02]

Great Food PROs: I've never had a bad meal here. The chicken parmesan is great. The pizza is great. The sauces are authentic and delicious. CONs: The line to get in can be long, they are not open Mondays, and they don't take reservations. [06 Dec 2007 03:41:01]
Food: Service: Ambiance: Overall: Recommended Dishes: Chicken, Veal, Salmon, Pizza, Pastas all are winners.
