Excellent Seafood
I have been coming to the River Watch Restaurant for many years now, since Whitties and Dots (spelling?) in Essex closed its doors. Ther River Watch is one of the best Seafood restaurants located on the water in the Baltimore area. Its nothing fancy. Dress up or dress down, it's a very laid back atmosphere. In the summertime I recommend eating outside on the deck! You can see the boats going by, watch the band play, smell the fresh air, look at the beautiful view of the water, birds and ducks.
