Fine chili restaurant, low prices
This is now a chain but the Rockville restaurant was one of the first (if not THE first) branches. Chili comes in three varieties: Cincinatti, Texas, and Vegetarian (my favorite), and is served however you want: with beans, spaghetti, onions, parmesan, or cheddar cheese. Texas style is greasy, but they will get rid of the grease if you ask. Fine beer selection, including "Hard Times" own brand.    [11 May 2000 12:42:42]
