This International cuisine restaurant was recognized as a top 5 restaurant by the Food Network cable channel. Serves seafood, many pasta dishes, salads, steak and many other choices. The wait staff may attempt to entertain you during your dining experience. This restaurant has been described as having many different types of cuisine from International to Californian to Northern Italian to Eclectic. No children's menu, this place is better suited to a romantic evening. Flaming cherry jubilee is the specialty desset that is a favorite of many patrons. Dinner entrees cost from $10 to $35.

Moro's in Allen Park flames with flair - The Detroit News, By Molly Abraham, 14 May 2001; .....Proprietor Tom Moro started in the kitchen at Mario's in Detroit when he was just 15. It was 1968, and Mario Lelli was one of the best known and most theatrical restaurateurs in town. He loved being in the dining room, directing the staff much like the conductor of an Italian opera. Moro, who calls Mario the maestro, is just the opposite. He shuns the spotlight and stays in the kitchen of the restaurant he opened in 1982 in a modest storefront on Allen Road. He leaves the theatrics to his waiters, who wear tuxes even at noon in the small room that is so low-lit and cozy it exudes romantic atmosphere no matter the time of day. The other day, it wasn't much past noon when I stopped by for one of my favorite lunches: minestrone, green salad, some crusty Italian bread and a glass of Chianti, only to find that all around, people had been seduced by the dusky ambiance........ - suggest change

Great Place
An outstanding resturaunt with some nice food, is worht the prices which also are not bad. Waiters and busboys are very nice, and dressed apprpriately    [09 Apr 2004 15:06:21]

I love it!!!
This is my favorite restaurant to go to, hands down. It's so romantic, the small dining room makes you feel like you aren't lost in a crowd of people. The waitstaff is unparalleled and the desserts-like words could ever describe the desserts!! It's my pick everytime we go for a special dinner, whether it be an anniversary, birthday, or just to spend time together with my love!! Thank you, Moro's!    [07 Oct 2004 17:09:00]
