Customer servive
Last night I took my family in to the Homerun Pizza place and ordered a large deluxe $20.00 pizza plus drinks. I had my granddaughter with me who is 2 1/2. Well to make a long story short she had to go potty. The bathrooms were locked and the young girl that was working told us where the portapotties were behind the building for a festival was taking place. I told her she's just a baby and we just spent a great deal of money on food and drinks she still refused to let her use the bathroom. Her and the other 3 young guys just laughed about it because it was their boss's order. Well let me tell you there customer service is terrible and if that’s how they treat paying customers I will not go back. Best Ever
This was some of the best pizza I had ever eaten! The pizzas were priced OK, the were subs good and cheap. The service was OK- there were about three kids working, two were in the back, the one up front was very polite was up front. I asked for napkins- he looked and did not have any and he insisted on going next door to get some (a very husky guy bigger that the one in back) But very kind.

Good pizzas and subs- the best around! Almost everthing is good, I tried almost everthing, ordering once every week and a half or so.    [23 Jun 2007 00:29:54]
