Always Good Food
I have never had a bad meal here yet! Since they have been offering discounts on meals, I come here at least once a week now.

The ambiance is OK. I would prefer more booth space. On my most recent trip, I sat in the back room near the large windows and it was extremely cold; I was not able to take off my coat.

The food is definitely what keeps me coming back. Also their more seasoned waitstaff is outstanding! The newer/younger waitstaff, is not as attentive.    [03 Feb 2007 09:40:43]

Our favorite restaurant
I give them 5 stars on everything. They always have plenty of waitstaff (and they are well-trained). I love the Monterey "Promise" in the menu. Take the time to read through it.. It's funny and true.

I also appreciate the good customer coupons, but would keep going back each week (at least once or twice) without the coupons. These "kids" are doing a fantastic job. As I said, it's our Favorite Place to Eat!!!!!!! Try the Monterey tenders, they are the very best chicken tenders we have had anywhere.    [19 Sep 2007 16:50:37]

Not that great.
Well what can I say... Not a lot. I ate there on a time crunch and I was wating for 15 minutes to be seated. The server did not get the right drink for me and when my burger came it was dry and not the temp I ordered.

The staff looked stressed-out and there was yelling from the owner or manager from the back of the house. I did not like to hezr a manage or owner yell at his staff and I think that it is rude. I may give them another chance but maybe not.    [25 Sep 2007 16:58:56]
