an all-around fabulous place!
Mike's is a classy but unpretentious place with friendly and efficient service and lots of smiling people. But the best thing about Mike's is the food. We can honestly say that we've loved everything we've eaten there, from salmon to chicken and wonderful vegetarian dishes too. Not your ordinary fare
Whether the location, an old firehouse, or the food, Mike's Firehouse Grill is not your standard fare. The food is wonderful and my favorite, the Cajun Chicken Salad, is outstanding. The frips are a pleasant mix between fries and potato chips.

Service is usually warm and efficient. The only exception to this is when they are swamped. This is the restaraunt I take business visitors to.    [20 Dec 2006 14:16:52]

Service is Terrible
We recently visited this establishment and although the food wasn't too terrible, the service was! The waitress took our orders, we had to tell her that our entrees were to include salads and side. After 20 minutes she came back to the table to tell us one of the choices was not available and asked us to pick another. After choosing something else, she disappeared again and came back 15-20 minutes later with the same problem- that choice was not available either so the party decided to order the same thing 2 others ordered figuring she didn't tell them their choice was not available. She came back a few minutes later to tell us they found only one left of the previous choice, left over. Found it where? Was it from last night's meals?? After all that, I went to their website to complain and found out that we were charged dinner prices-FOR LUNCH!!!! And my complaint has not been answered yet either...

I would not recommend this place to anyone!! I came a long way to dine here and was greatly disappointed!    [18 Apr 2007 13:20:26]
