Yuck!
Soup that tastes like it comes from a can. Maybe they need to call Campbell's for some help. Sandwiches that are on a Greek pita bread, cut in half with turkey that resembles some pressed and formed gelatenous sludge and dry as sawdust.

Even though we were hungry, and you know how everything tastes when you're hungry, all we could do was look at each other and agree to leave and stop at Tim Horton's for a much better soup and sandwich.    [15 Mar 2007 09:48:37]

Waaay too expensive
They sort of try too hard to be trendy. The atmosphere is not as inviting as say.. Panera bread. Their sandwiches are dry, hard and not very fresh. Soup is okay, but horribly, horribly expensive for what you get. Go elsewhere.    [18 Mar 2007 09:00:12]

Good enough for lunch
Sandwiches are standard. Soup is pretty good (better than average). Salad is very good.
