ALl parts of the restaurant are accessible except for the 3rd level balcony of the dining room. The 2nd level has a ramp, but the 3rd level is by stairs only.

Description

The Duluth Athletic Club Bar & Grill balances an upscale menu selection in a white linen dining atmosphere with solid drink specials nightly in the bar. The menu consists of luncheon items such as sandwiches, burgers, and flatbread as well as elegant entrees from the char-grill and fresh seafood. Some of the selections on the menu include: Grilled Lamb Chops, "The Queen of the Club" (8 oz. Beef Tenderloin Filet), "The DAC Big Daddy" (16 oz. Ribeye), BBQ Pork Ribs (Full or Half rack), Halibu Au Fromage, Shrimp Scampi, Baked Mahi Mahi, Blackened Swordfish with Blue Cheese Vinaigrette. In the bar there are daily drink specials: Monday - Thursday 4-6 and 9-11 half price on all drinks (excluding non-house wines) and half priced Dinosaur Wings and DAC Skin-on Fries. Thursday night $1.00 pint domestic tap beer and $4.00 pitchers of Long Island Iced Tea. Friday 4-6 half price on all drinks (Excluding non-house wines) half priced Dinosaur Wings and DAC Skin-on Fries 9PM - 12PM Saturday 9PM - 12PM $1.50 Captain Morgan drinks and $1.50 Philips Vodka drinks and $3.00 pitchers of Coors Light. Sunday $2.00 Bloody Marys all day, 7PM-11PM $2.00 Absolut, Tanqueray, Captain Morgan, Bacardi drinks, and Domestic Tap beers (pints).

Beautiful Decor -- And Food
The D.A.C. has wonderful decor. The dining room feels clean and fresh. The colors and layout feel relaxed yet organized.
The menu has something for everyone. (Try the French fries!)

I Love The Club
The food is great. The servers are knowledgable and helpful. I like the fact that you can make a casual night in the bar, but don't feel our of place dressing to the nines for a more formal dinner. Overall, I'v only had great experiences at The Club.    [09 Jun 2004 09:52:21]

No Razamataz

The DAC has class and comfort
I loved the DAC. The atmosphere is upscale, but comfortable and clean. The food is actually creative - which is saying something in Duluth. Sushi on the menu... amazing!
